1. Acceptance of Terms: When you use our services, you agree on abide by the outlined conditions and terms.

Services Provided: We ship normal goods (Clothes, Accessories & Jewelry, Furniture, Watches, Hair Extensions & Wigs, Cellphones & telecommunications, Consumer electronics, Sports & Entertainment, Home Appliances…. etc.) from China to the following Arabic countries (Jordan, KSA, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Somalia, Comoros, Mauritania, Djibouti) by air, sea and land.

3. Shipment Guidelines: When placing the order, kindly put any preference you want for packing method if you want special one. If you do not, the packing will be by our standards.

4. Pricing and Payment: Your payment includes the goods cost and the shipping fees, payment is made using PayPal and Stripe, payment is immediate when the order is complete.

5. Shipment and Delivery: Delivery time depends on the shipping type you choose and the country you are shipping to. Shipping may be delayed due to some circumstances such as (customs processes, holidays and weather conditions). Our company offers shipment tracking, so you can follow your shipment and check its statue any time you want.

6. Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for complying with all customs requirements including providing accurate and complete documentation. Also, customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable to their shipments.

7. Updates to Terms: Our company has the right to update our conditions and terms, the clients will be informed by the changes that we will make.
