Steps for Usage:
1. Clean the area around the broken glass opening. The old wound can be cleaned up with a cotton swab dripping repair liquid, and there should be no residual moisture or stains.
2. Locate the glue injection port at the damaged place, and use a pick pin to remove the broken glass.
3. Cut the long strip of cured film according to the length of its damage (don't cut the width to ensure that it can completely cover the crack).
4. Spot the repair solution along the damaged part of the crack, then use the cured film to quickly cover it, and place the crack in the middle of the cured film and should be completely covered.
5. Squeeze out all the air bubbles between the glass and the cured film. The entire cured film is completely glued to the glass by the repair liquid and fully adhere to the glass. During the entire repair process, please keep the cured film from displacement and air.
6. Drop a drop of liquid on the suction cup, and then press it firmly in the middle of the crack for 1 minute to make the suction cup and the cured film fit (the suction cup is best at the broken opening of the crack).
7. Use your index finger to lift up the suction cup (do not pull off the attention), and keep it lifted for more than 2-3 minutes.
8. During the period, you will see bubbles constantly emerging, pull once to squeeze the bubbles from the cured film once, and then continue to pull the agent bubbles.
9. Keep patience and change a position and then pull it up several times until there are no cracks and black spots, and the cracks gradually fade.
10. Observe the cracks at a 45 degree angle. The black dots quickly move to the suction cup lifting position and disappear.
11. With a pen, align the middle of the crack in the car and move to the top crack (please pay attention to the right). The small black spots in the crack will be further discharged, the liquid penetration will intensify, and the crack will further fade and disappear.
Observe the glass at an angle of 12.45 degrees until the crack disappears, and then cure it. Once cured, it cannot be repaired again.
13. Keep the cured film covering the cracks, move the car to direct sunlight for 10-30 minutes or use a UV lamp instead of curing until it is cured.
14. Tear off the cured film and scrape off the excess resin to repair the end.
Precautions:
The air is not exhausted and the penetration is not ideal. Do not cure in advance. Once cured, it cannot be repaired again. If there are residual fog spots, drop as little repair liquid as possible on the fog spots, and cover the cured film to fit naturally. Touch anything. After UV curing, just tear off the cured film, do not use a blade to scrape.
