Returnable Products

 

All items of clothing, including wedding dresses, suits and other formal attire

Items must be returned in a new state, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unmodified, and the original markings are attached.

The detergent label )if applicable( is correct.

 

Human hair wigs

Items must be returned in a new state, undressed, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and accompanied by original markings. Specifically, items will be scanned for clues to

Washing, bleaching, cutting, other change or damage .

 

Shoes, bags, luggage

Items should be returned in new, unworn and undamaged condition with original branded boxes and all accessories (Example: shoe buckles, shoe laces, dust bags), the shoes should only be tried on a soft, clean surface.

 

Furniture

The items must be returned in a new, unused, undamaged state and including all accessories, manuals, and included parts in the original package.

 

 

Electronics

Mobile phones, laptops, devices, tablets, projectors, 3D printers, earphones, electrophones, smart clocks, and other game consoles should be returned in a new, unused, inactive state and in their original packaging.

 If these items arrive damaged, or do not begin when they arrive for misuse or other action, please contact us immediately, and put the item back in its original package with all the clues and parts included, We'll check it and test it when it reaches our warehouse.

If our test determines that the product is damaged, does not start, from Through the use or manipulation of the customer or any other action on his part, or if the returned product is missing parts, guides or the original packaging, the return is denied.

The items must be returned in their original state, unused, unmodified and unwashed, with all attached markings and in their original packaging.

If you receive damaged or defective product, please contact Customer Service within 5 hours from the time of your request.

 

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Lingerie, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, customized products and any other items whose return or exchange is indicated are not supported on the product page.

 

Quality Inspection for Returns

When a returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure that it is eligible for return and meets the applicable return requirements mentioned above.

If the product passes our quality check, we will refund the amount paid. If our check determines that the returned item is ineligible for return or does not meet the above mentioned return requirements, we will decline the return and refuse to issue a refund or credit.

 

If the returned item is rejected, we will send the item back to you at the same address specified in the original order and will deduct the return shipping fee from the refund amount of the other item returned with the same order.

 

Unfortunately, due to delays in transportation, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days for processing.
